Self-Contained Cottages
Three beautifully appointed cottages provide fully equipped, self-contained accommodation, with a total of seven bedrooms:

• Dobbin and Turnip: Each features one double and one twin-bedded room.

• Old Copse: Includes a double, a twin, and an additional single bedroom.

Additional Accommodation in the Main House

For residencies and retreats, up to four additional double bedrooms can be made available in the main house. Guests staying in the main house also gain access to:

• A spacious, dual-aspect sitting room (10 metres long).

• A charming oak-panelled dining room, seating up to 12 guests comfortably.

Flexible Booking Options

When planning your course, workshop, or event, Barkham allows you to book as much or as little space as needed. Options include:

• Self-catered, part-catered, or fully-catered stays.

• Individual or small-group bookings for self-guided study, project completion, or simply a relaxing getaway for up to 28 nights.

The Gallery

The Gallery, a light-filled and adaptable concert or workshop space, complete with a Schimmel 169T grand piano. It can be booked:

• Exclusively by the day for your sole use.

• Shared with the owners for purposes such as instrumental practice (by mutual agreement).

For recording sessions or performances, we can arrange for the piano to be specially tuned if booked well in advance.
